Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At the Skin Clinic – Ashton, we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. However we know and understand there may be occasion where you want to return items. That’s why we offer a 14 day returns guarantee, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it, unopened, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund of the product or goods purchased. The refund does not include the delivery charges of sending the goods to you, or return postal costs unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective. Please return items securely packaged with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase to the following address:

For your protection we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service to insure the goods during return postage. Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the UK Consumer Law. 

Pre-paid Treatments

We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it will either be replaced or refunded however we don’t refund for change of mind. Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not attend a booked appointment we reserve the right to retain your deposit or the full cost of treatment.  Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@theskinclinic-ashton.co.uk and send your item to: 155 Old Street Ashton-Under-Lyne OL6 7SQ

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 155 Old Street Ashton-Under-Lyne OL6 7SQ

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
